The 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits an opaque blue/black/purple color, followed by sweet cassis aromas intermingled with scents of earth, spice, smoke, and grilled meats. This dense, powerful, muscular, concentrated wine provides an enormous mouthfeel. Saturated dark ruby. Multidimensional, expressive aromas of cassis, plum, violet, licorice, mint, leather and flowers. Juicy, penetrating fruit given thrust and focus by superb acidity. Really uncanny three-dimensional texture and great flavor intensity. Richness currently kept under wraps by powerful structure. Finishes with firm-edged Medoc-like tannins.
