The 2005 Manyetes is composed of 70% Carinena, 25% Garnacha, and 5% Syrah. Opaque purple-colored, it reveals an alluring bouquet of crushed rock, scorched earth, black cherry, blackberry, and blueberry. Opulent on the palate, this ripe, chewy effort has gobs of flavor and enough sweet tannin to support 4-6 years of further bottle aging.
